Hi people! I've been drawing a lot more since I've joined this forum so I've decided to post some of the doodling I've done. I'm not that great of an artist and I have a hard time sitting down for to long so I never spend much time on them. But I like my work, even if the style isn't that original. Please post any constructive criticism or comments!

That's Pashnekwa's Character before coloring(wait, did I forget to ask?)

There it is after a colour and clean.

I'll be posting more in a while! I just have to find my disappearing sketch book.

Looks groovy after you've added colour and dark outline; it really exemplifies the work.

The expression is unique; it looks like he's worried that moth is going to get away on him.  You certainly shouldn't worry about having your own 'style'; even if you don't feel like you do, you certainly have your own recognisable way of drawing that will modify and change as you progress.  It's nothing to worry about; let the art be what it is and enjoy the process!

You definately aren't bad.  If I were to offer a critique, it would be that the hind wing actually looks rather opaque.  Bat wings tend to look the same on both sides because they're relatively translucent (somewhat see-through), so the purple membrane would still be visible on that wing in the back.

I might also comment on how a dark pupil could be added to the eye, but that style of eye seems to work well for this picture the way it is.  The green shading gradient in the background is effective in breaking up the colour and makes it much more interesting to look at than if it were just one solid green.

Keep it up, mate.  I'd be happy to see a few more of your sketches if you're able to get them up.

Cheers,
-Lady Serpent

Yee!
Makes me feel happy whenever smeone draws my character.
You may draw him whenever you like, as long as the picture is dignified  Ugh

Thank you Lady Serpent, I really liked your portrayal Of Pashekwa's character (your fun to draw aren't you?)

I was kinda unhappy about the way it turned out because the real drawing was MUCH smaller then image I posted up there. I shouldn't of been so annoyed with my computer, it took it to heart and fell into a deep depression, eventually(two days) it became suicidal and set itself on fire..... on the inside some how. There was some smoke, a bad smell, and it's most likely never going to work again *sigh*. So I've borrowed my mom's laptop for a while! I can stay up late at my desk without being shouted at! Although I can never get to far without sleep. What was this post about? Oh yeah!

So I won't be able to post anymore scans until it's fixed, or until George gets his scanner back from his friends.

OH! I've got a doodle of a bat(Pashekwa again) and a boston terrier trying to carve a Jack-o-lantern. It's cute, you should see it , Pashekwa!
