In need of suggestions.

Yes folks I am in need of suggestions for what to use for tail making, not just any tails but an Okapi tail and an Orca tail. I have some of the fabric for both. I found a nice velvet for the orca tail. I need to find a matching white or light grey and the store here (Fabricland) Is pretty limited in what it carries.

 Also what is suggested for the tail tip of an okapi. They have a tuft of black fur and I am not realy sure what to use. It will be a smaller tail that can be attached to bag.

Any suggestions or ideas on where or what to look for?

Thanks, should have posted long a go but I am kinda lazy. I already picked out and built my tail. and have the fabric for the others.
