yeah its 10 months away and its in the states, but its the biggest one and warrants a mention. a mention that im actually going to this thing. ill wait a sec while you go find your socks that just blew off. My friend Kit really REALLY wants to go, and was worried about not being able to afford on his lonesome or something, so im like "dude lol why dont i go with ya, split costs 50 50". So here i am, just registered on the website for the Sponsor membership and now im on my way to raise $1200 for travel, hotel (which weve already BOOKED XD) and monetary expenditures (and beer of course), over the course of the next 260 days at time of writing. So, i guess this topic boils down to, WHO all here is planning on attending this beast of a con in '09? Even if its just a shimmer of hope  ------- EDIT: let me explain i guess why this is significant for me, this, will be my first con. To be honest, i have ZERo idea what to expect. Just some whacky situations during both live shows of Clawcast and some cellphone videography. I may be spending alot of time at any bar that may be within  |

thats a shame Temperance, id love to see one of your works in person one day though, they're awesome. and sorry to hear that Tora, for me to afford this thing myself, ive setup an automatic savings account that rips off a small chunk of each of my paychecks and throws it into that, should have a healthy dose of expendable moolah by the time the con rolls around heh |

I'm going to TRY to do All Fur Fun.
My main problem is not the money. I am trying to open a comic store next year. If that happens, I don't get to go on vacation anymore T_T or at least until I have staff I can trust my store to for a few days. If I can do All fur fun willcome down to when the store opens.

nice to see theres a few other possibilites and some confirmed ^^ I get more stoked each day as i try to also plan on 2010 adventures which may or may not also include another AC, but ones that are a tad closer. Im interested in FC'10 and possible AFF'10, but id like to hear some reports from AFFs '09 outing before drawing that conclusion. Ive also got to think about other non-fur events too, like E3 and a GDC. CRAZY expensive stuff but OH so worth it.
