im, speechless, THIS is heroism to a specific degree.

If you dont know what your about to see, check out the description: "Man Rescues Dog From Jaws of Shark

A Florida Keys carpenter dove into the water Friday and punched a shark that had grabbed ahold of his dog. (Oct. 1)"

also, if you keep watching past this story, next up is
"Dog Calls 911 After Owner Has Seizure

'Man's best friend' doesn't go far enough for Buddy, a German shepherd who remembered his training and saved his owner's life by calling 911 when the ..."
i cant seem to grab the direct link for this one.

Both truely amazing stories.

I donno... it's nice that he saved his dog... and gladly it turned well for him... but this shark could have kill him, don't think I don't like dog but... risking your life for a dog? if things goes wrong isn't that sounds stupid dying for saving your dog(even worst if the dog die too Lookaround)

btw... those guys got the biggest balls of the planet ever

The man says that the dog is like a child to him and his wife - it isn't just any dog. To that owner the dog was a someone rather than just a something. For that man it was worth the risk.

Personally I feel that risking everything to save someone you love takes more courage than it does to risk your life for nothing like those men in that video you shared turbocarl.

I agree, actually.  That guy had some serious love for his pet.  Maybe if more people were like that with their pets we wouldn't need the SPCA as much.
