I want to see how much interest there is for a furry web magazine... as well as Ideas for the content and such.  as well as anyone that is will into to help out.

A web 'zine, eh? Sounds like a neat idea, really.
Con reports of events like Feral! and FurBQ would be ideal for it, for one thing.
Interviews with famous fans, artists, fursuiters, etc., maybe?
Talk about the weather...
Reviews of places that furries like to meet at...
You may want to avoid getting overly political with it, of course. That's something that often happens with various media. It's pretty difficult to avoid though.
