I can't let Temperance rule the Sewing Machine, so, heres my fursuit, which is in progress...

look familer? if you can't notice, it's the bat in my avatar, except WAY more tooney. I'm probably going to make a head that matches my avatar, and is less tooney, sometime in the future...
I still need to add the insides of the ears, and the mohawk. The body suit is done (and if your a stalker, theres a picture of it in one of my other posts.....), but I still need to add the purple fuzz around the neck, and add wings onto the arms...And I need to make the feet...

Updates on it will be posted......If anyone's interested...

Yup yup. You can't let Temperance take over the Sewing Machine after all.

I am indeed interested! Your work looks mighty fine, might I add. Left me speechless, and so did Temperance with her fursuits (although I haven't bothered posting on them. xP). Keep up the work, and indeed post moar updates.

Thanks for all your nice comments  Cheesy
I didn't really think it looked all that great, but I guess it's pretty good compared to some of those other fursuit heads out there...
Updates should be coming soon, cause I expect the purple fur that I ordered should be arriving sometime this week...

I made the nose out of FIMO xD
Just sculpted the shape, baked it, then sanded it smooth. I painted it, then coated it in clear nail polish. The color wasn't quite right so I used fabric paint, and it worded wonderfully. It had nice color, and left a glossy look, so no need for nail polish.
Although it's not very detailed, it has the tooney look I was wanting.

Here are some updates!

The long purple fur I ordered arrived yesterday, and I used some for the mohawk. It's not as long as I wanted it to be, but it's long enough.

I replaced the tongue with a longer one made out of felt. I put some Velcro inside the mouth so I can make the tongue stick out more or less.

By the weekend I should have some more updates. I'm probably going to finish the ears, and add the mane(the fur around neck) onto the body

you could go out and buy a purple wig/extentions and sew in some longer strands to make the mohawk look longer.  The purple fur currently there will hide the stitching and blend the wig strands into the fur.

Is this going to be a fullsuit?

Yep, a fullsuit.
The heads almost done (as you can see), and the body is done. I still need to add the purple fuzz around the neck, which will be sewn onto the body. The wings still need to be made, and they will be attached to the arms. Tail is done, and still need to make the feet.

I'll try that thing with the purple wig/hair extensions when I'm going to re-make the head. I'll be using balaclava, and trying to make it look less tooney.

I like how the tongue sticks out.  Can't wait to see the wings.

Jus' a small update...
The body suit was finished a long time ago, but I made the mane a couple days ago... It still needs to be sewn onto the main suit, and make it a little smaller so I'll be able to move my arms.
(ps, the picture was taken for my sister, cause she needs pictures for a project in school about what inspires her, and apparently I do, so yeah...She needs pictures of my fursuits n' stuff...So thats why the WIP sign is in there..So the people she's gonna show the pictures to won't think it's the finished product....... I'm just basically making myself look good...)

The mouth, teeth, and tongue look fantastic.  The whole head is quite expressive; fantastic job.

I look very much forward to seeing how you do the wings; we've got a bat suit on the to-do list for the not-too-distant future.

Cheers,
