If you can guess the movie "Snatch" your completely correct.

Its generally been in good practice to post WIP motion caps, screenshots, and other WIP as well as test renders and other stuff along the pipeline of production for a person in learning, such as myself.
Being as i no longer exist in a school environment, i rely on forums for Feedback. This particular projects WIP threads will exist at
Furry.ca Forums
CGTalk Threads
ArtInsanity Asylum

Hosting servies will include: Vimeo.com, Photobucket.com, and my own Blackjagstudios.com

with that out of the way,

Project: Pikey; is an edited reenactment of a scene from the movie Snatch using different characters (of course) and a completely new setting, using lines directly from that scene.

I have not seen "Snatch" in quite some time, so i believe this will be the perfect opportunity to use my imagination without directly copying the movies sequences.

First step i have taken is setting up a very basic scene in Softimage, and using rudimentary high level audio editing software to piece together my desired sound clip to represent the scene i will be animating.

Check out the audio here: http://www.blackjagstudios.com/stuff/Pikeys_Clip.mp3

they are direct edits of these two clips: http://www.blackjagstudios.com/stuff/understand.wav and http://www.blackjagstudios.com/stuff/dags.wav

Im no professional audio engineer so the chops may be a bit whacky, but ive at least tried to plan on placing sound effects at those rocky junctions to eliminate any blemishes the clip may have.

To show that clip isn;t the only thing ive done:

I shall be posting up the Animatic when thats completed Cheesy
