Yeah, as much as I tossed some internet 'lingo' into the subject, you actually won't find much of that here.

<-- PS. Emoticons do not count as lingo.
Anyways, I've been a furry longer than I can remember. In actuality, I'm fairly certain I was a furry before I even knew what it was. Obsession with certain anthropomorphic Disney movies, collecting every Redwall book known to man (and some that likely weren't), and an innate urge to tumble in the grass among other things, I'm surprised I held out until late high school to join up on Furcadia (yes, that loathsome yet popular dive of the furry fandom) and figure out that there was something more there than just "COOL! I can talk with people!".
Leading a sheltered childhood, I didn't start to branch out socially until college, the veritable explosion of my social life since then propelling me into this fandom as well as others. Realizing that I was a city kid in a country kid's body, as well as realizing that there was a lot more to me than I assumed (read: furry, poly, kinky, bigendered, etc) caused me to move to Toronto because it is made of awesome.
I'm a big fan of Toronto's poly, furry, and kink scenes, even though I'm only beginning to explore the latter, and am always open to getting to know new people, not being any stranger to getting to know people online.
So yeah, if you have any questions, ask. Usually I'm pretty game with answers. Otherwise, I'm here! Great to meet you all!
