Oh!  Seems these weren't displaying properly in the thread.  I just saw Sxar's eye, and then an empty screen on the picture below, and so it led me to believe that Ternis Blon was completely camoflauged into the backround and you were just being clever.

You're catching on to photoshop effects very quickly.  Sxar's eye (the one on his face) looks fantastic, as do the other parts which have a subtle glow.  That crack in the sidewalk with the grass coming out looks very natural.

Is 'Sxar' pronounced 'Sarr?'  That's one thing that seems funny; his name I've gotten used to by now, but Ternis Blon still sounds very odd.  It almost seems like a jumble of letters from other words, but if the sound is unique enough in your mind to fit such a character, then it should work just fine.

The high contrast between Sxar's blue loincloth and red skin looks very striking.  It can be noticed that there's no linework on his ankles, which almost makes him look incomplete at that part, but it makes sense that mabye you were going for a more 'dark, undefined' look.  That would be my biggest critique, everything else is looking great.

Keep up the fantastic work; you're definately catching on with the use of colour.

Cheers,
