I know there's a few of you round here Wink

And, as the original poster of this on TotalFark declared, no 4th of July can be complete without That Song from Team America.

rider: language, of course there's language.

(All in fun. I'm going to deliver a case of Keith's this afternoon to the USS Winston Churchill, if they haven't left yet, in the interest of maintaining good relations.)

Now why in the world would any of us admit to that?

I've already had my 4th fireworks display. It was the awesome lightning/thunder storm these past two days.

We certainly don't seem to need permission to blow things up.

Last night I didn't go out to watch the city fireworks. Mainly I just feel like going alone, but I also don't know the city well enough to find a good spot to watch. I did see some private stuff and my apartment complex shook with some of the bigger bangs.

I got written up by the environmental police for being in a state park after dark to watch the fireworks Tongue  a $75.00 fine for "existing" somewhere XP

Other than that it was a fantastic fourth for me Cheesy

I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected enough to step aside and weep like a widow to feel inspired, to fathom the power,to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain, to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human.
