Hi I would like to create an official RPG or novels set in a future Earth like in Inherit the Earth PC game, a world and Earth in the furture were Humans are no were to be found and Furry like races have took over and created a Middle Age world with the tech level being at that time period.

I'm confused.
I might be wrong, but it appears that in this thread and the previous one, it seems that you equate "help" with your ideas to be simply waiting for someone to GIVE you ideas.
It's not pleasant to come across as the heavy in this, but, like a lot of other things in life, creative endeavours are one tenth inspiration, and nine tenths perspiration.
If you are dead set on the notion of simply waiting for others to drop ideas in your lap, the very least you could do is to give folks something to work with.  By that, I mean give us some actual examples of work you have already done, talk about where you would like to go with it, and give us some idea of just where it is you are having difficulties.
While I can't necessarily speak for other people, I know that in my own case, it would make it much easier for me to give you a constructive answer, as beyond that, I have neither the time, nor the energy to simply blindly throw a bunch of ideas at you until you find one that you like.  Especially since I kinda like to save the good ideas I come up with for my own stories.
Yes, I'm greedy and selfish that way.  Tongue

Well I want to create an Earth far in the future as an RPG or novel series unlike Redwall series my furry tribal races stand on two legs and have Human speech and hands but with there animal heads,

In the PC game and world it was suggested that they came about do to genetic tinkering I mean it was the Humans that create them in there own image so to speak, but one of the runing questions in this world is what happended to them, there about 20 different theories about what happened to Humans.

That's great, but...
If you are indeed looking for help in this thread, could you please ask some actual questions, instead of just throwing out some really vague, incredibly wide concepts?
By that I mean detail.  LOTS OF DETAIL.
And then, you can recognise where you may actually need help, and can ask specific questions.

I agree with Wotan on this one (not that I disagree with him on a regular basis, mind >.>), as creating any world requires a great deal of detail and brainstorming to pull off.

I suggest you take the time to draft up a list of ideas for your story / RPG / whatever, and then work from that. Regardless, even if you've been brainstorming for months (like I have), actually getting it into a workable format is loads difficult. Make sure you're up to the task at hand before pushing too far in.

Good luck to you, though!
