Heya!
I moved to Montreal last year actually, and I'm just now really getting settled in and feeling good about the place. Just thought I'd shout here. You know me if you're on the MonFur forums. Sadly, I'm just English, and I don't really know French.
I am, like I assume many, a lover of games. I play a variety from video games to board games, and I've been on my fair share of MMO's. I'm also a painter, and love to paint model miniatures. I'm sure for some of you, you already know what I'm talking about. I paint a lot of Warhammer Miniatures for the moment, specifically Warhammer 40k as I've never quite fallen in love with the Fantasy version. [lizardmen are cool, but, I love my tyranids and marines. Perhaps Tau soon!] If there's any gatherings to play these games in Montreal, I'd love to know. =)
So, being kinda new but not really, I'm looking to meet people. Preferably in my age range, who live here in Montreal. People who love to play games, and also those of the table top variety =) I'm most interested in groups that are more for "World of Darkness" as a Hunter, Werewolf, or Mage... or "Warhammer 40k" universe style games with Dark Heresy, Rogue Trader, and Deathwatch. Right now they peak my interest more than DnD does by far.

Ya handa! Found here too! Took some time  But it's good. Hmm! Thought my profile woulda said so! Anyway, age group is probably a horrible thing to say. I'm 30, but what I mean is folk who are out and on their own for the most part. If that makes sense at all. |
