Alright, I'm about ready for that color referance sheet, when you have time.

I've finished the head and am happy with the physiology and posture, I just have to sculpt a little bit more to finish the clothing. I'm hoping to post WIP pics on the other thread soonish, so that you can see where I am with it. ^^

Ok, ready to paint. I am going to start painting the clothing and hair, and when you get me the reference sheet, I will be able to complete the sculpture. ^.~

Haha, my apologies for taking so long.  This is my first 'real' day off in ages.  I still have to work another job tonight.

The left hand (right side of page) is actually coloured incorrectly; it should be more like the disembodied floating hand with the white.  I just had clothes on the pic for fun; the sculpture certainly doesn't need colours like that if you prefer not.

Also, the mouth is not usually that black; I just painted it as the pencil didn't show up well, and I didnt know where the inking pens ran off to.  The black armband is also not typical; both arms are the same.

All the 'whitish' parts are white; I just added cream for highlights.

Thanks for your patience!

Talk soon;

That's great, Seph. Now I can start painting. ^^

I do need to ask for some clarification on a couple of things....

The ears - totally black, with tan/beige interior?

The disembodied arm - that is the back of the arm/hand, yes? Inside of arm is white to about elbow high?

Toes - White, yes?

Also, claws (if I can get them to work) are white or black?

Groovy.

Yep, ears are totally black.  I do them tan/beige-ish on the inside because I generally dislike pink.

Yep, that's the back of the arm/hand, and the underside has white to about elbow height.

Toes are white.  The claws are white, too, but if it's easier to get the effect with black, you can certainly do them black.  If you're only able to possibly do a raptor toe-claw, the other toes can just have black paint on them to signify claws.  Y'know?  Whatever works easiest for you.  You may end up not able to have the toe-claw due to construction logistics, either; really, whatever works for you.

Eyes are green, if the picture doesn't show it well.  Smiley

Thanks again, Ruby.  Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on what you'd like for paintings.

Figurine is finished and ready to go. I will be sending it up to FurBQ with Tj, and I will try to get some pictures posted in the figurine thread relatively soon.

Not to sound egotistical, but I kind of impressed myself with this one. I hope that you are as pleased with it as I am. ^.~

*Purrs*

Quite excited to see it!  Can't wait to get heavy into your art piece; it's one I'm very much looking forward to.

No ego taken.  You've done some groovy stuff already and rightly deserve to be proud.  ^^

Certainly looking forward to it.  Going to miss you this year out here, but I might try to take a trip out to the coast at some point to visit you fine creatures.

Cheers;
