Yes, Furnal Equinox needs your help! Volunteers are the real Wild Magic behind the con, because without you it just wouldn't happen! We need extra paws to step up and make things happen before, during, and after the con.
Everyone can help us -- no experience is required. However, if you do have special skills or resources, let us know and we'll put them to good use! And if you've worked a con before, then we'd really love to hear from you!
Don't worry about missing your favorite con events (or parties) -- if we need to schedule you in advance, we'll work around your preferences. At the con, you can wear your bandana (our gift to you) to tell us you're available.
We love all our volunteers, and want to reward those who show dedication. So if you volunteer for 6 hours, you'll get a free T-shirt, and for 12 hours or more you'll get free admission to FE 2012! We also look for next year's staff and concom from our volunteers so it's a great way to move up to larger roles.

Some of our volunteer jobs:
- Setup and teardown -- Thursday, early Friday, and early Monday
- Transportation -- Drivers and vehicles to move materials and volunteers, or run errands
- Audiovisual -- Set up and run computers, projectors, and sound systems for events
- Registration -- Hand out forms, process payments, prep badges, and hand out swag
- Hospitality suite -- Door minders, hosts, and room monitor
- Dealers' Den -- Watch tables for dealers on break, dealer food runs, gofers
- Charity auction -- Accept donations, process bids, keep an eye on the display
- Video gaming -- Room monitor, run tournaments, swap games
- General -- Gofers, errands, delivering supplies
