Yesh but that where you'd post that kind of topic. There are a ton of links there for fursuit makers,who also do just tail and ear comissons.

Handa , I'd say try http://wolfwares.ca/prices.php  ,  he is a montreal based furre who does artwork,costumes, ears/tails and plushies all for fair price (I should know as live 10 min away from him ^^)
