Hmm! I'll consider starting at 120.. It sounds better. Maybe after I sell a few I can bump it up to 140. 20 bucks isn't really a big deal, especially if it means a whole lot more customers.

It's funny how much twenty bucks can be sometimes,it brings in a whole lot more of a demographic. ^^ I.e those who are a bit more frugal.

It also kinda depends on the man hours you put into it,if people  complain about price, and want a super basic rig, you could always knock it back a tad. Likewise,if a person wants intense detail,price goes up ^^

That's very impressive, Dinsu!

How does one make the tail move while in suit?

Honestly, I don't think $140 is too high.  It's a good-looking tail, and moves quite naturally.  You may not sell many right off the bat at that price, but you should be able to sell one or two to start with, and at this point you probably don't want to load up with more than that to take on anyways.

Cheers;

Thanks Lady Serpent!

The tail moves when the distance between your midsection and your shoulders change. So when you move your left shoulder up, the tail should move right to counterbalance. This is all done with a basic shoulder rig, much like backpack straps attached to a pants belt.

You're very right! I'd rather put my time into making really good quality things and selling them for a higher price than rush and sell them for cheap... And I really don't have the time/skills to be pushing out very many a month.

As an update for anyone else who is interested.. I will be working on version 3 of an adjustable shoulder strap harness right away here.. Hopefully I am satisfied with it so I can begin taking commissions. My biggest fear is selling something that falls apart.
