Hey there, all;

Just recieved the other suit in the mail from Beetlecat.  It's the Dhole-raptor hybrid, my actual fursona.  (The most common one, anyways, aside from the Darkstalker who's not really a 'fursona' per say).

I've been playing around with it and the feel is superb.  Absolutely stunning quality; it was a joy to put it on.  I'll need to just put a bit of foam in the head to adjust the fit so that the jaw will move for me, but everything else is spot-on.  Perfect fit, as well.   Warm, as all fursuits tend to be, but not the warmest I've worn.  A very fantastic build.. She really knows how to put a suit together.  The feet are almost my favorite part; the raptor-toe claws are so much fun.

Here's the website URL:  www.beetlecatoriginals.com

There are a few videos, too, if you're interested in seeing how it moves.  The quality isn't great as they're just from my camera, but they show the suit rather well.  Had much fun with these.

First video, just playing with attitude and figuring out how she moves.  http://www.youtube.com/user/LadySerpent?feature=mhum#p/a/u/1/71DrPIWvb4o
Playing with the feet, and lying down.  Camera-curious as always. http://www.youtube.com/user/LadySerpent?feature=mhum
A tired Sephren creature: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PORHb-XUq4

Was playing with the camera.  I want this creature (him/her/it; it isn't gendered currently but it is 'Sephren') to be something of an aggressive (yet not espeically dangerous, just high-violence; often in display or playfulness) creature with an intense curiosity for cameras and another side to it which is very relaxed and cuddly.  Going to love the scritches.

This guy will be taken out to Rainfurrest when I head down tomorrow.  If you're going, come say hello.  Smiley

Feel free to leave comment; good or bad.  Always places to improve!  (In both suit building/modification and acting.)  It was my first time in this guy, so I haven't really worked out the way to 'act' yet and feedback is always appreciated.

Wow, pretty sweet suit there Seph. I was hoping to head out to Rainfurrest but unfortunately life called and had other plans, so I'll have to catch up with ya at Howl, where I'll hopefully have my partial, but I'm not holding my breath. haha XD

Thank you, mates.

Yea; I'm not espeially wishing to scare the neighbors all that much at this point.  I already take snakes out to the front yard for sunshine and that undoubtedly frightens them enough already.  Wink

TJ:  I'm most certainly heading down to Howl if I get any kind of a chance, though it may be a wild trip as I have no overtime left at this point.  Will most certainly look forward to a glass of wine (or six) and a hello.  Smiley

I'll take lots of pics at Rainfurrest for ya.

Looks really good! I think I saw some pics of this last week on one of the Livejournal groups. Beetlecat makes some really good suits, particularly the realistic ones. I'd love to get one done by her sometime. I just received my first fursuit last week though, so I think I'll be fine for a while!

Thanks, guys.  She does some pretty neat work.  (I only wish I would have got in queue when her prices were still far lower than she's worth!)

All-fur suits get pretty hot..  Nearly passed out in this one a few times.

Cheers;
