Hmmmmm I've heard of Shamanism and the use of totem animals. Yet I do not believe there is any certain thing that constitutes as a 'furry religion',only faiths that use animals as symbols and gods/goddesses/spiritual guides etc etc.
Their is however furry life-styling which you can find plenty about online if no one cares to elaborate.

Nope Giri, couldn't put it better my self. I don't think there is a "Furry Religion" we are all just to different, But the life style yes. Then agian, Religion is just what you believe is out there, Weither it be God(s) in anyform, or Spirits, Lifeforce, dieties, or Science (for lack of a better word.) So its what ever you make it.

I think that falls into many of the mentioned religons. Wolves are apart of much lore, and are a spirite animals. It would be a good idea to find credable sources of information

Well to be honest here, Religion is an Interesting thing in my Opinion. I don't know of any "Organized" Religion the worships Wolves. But then agian, Religion is what you make it. There are so many out there, and we don't all fit their "molds" excatly. In my Opinion, Religion is what you make it, For what ever you believe makes that your Religion, Where it Be the Worship of Wovles, Or Christianity, Islam, Buddhist, Roman, Greek, Norse, Wicca, Tao, etc. Their are Hundreds of Religions out there, and Billions of people. No one can fit a Religion perfectly no matter how hard they try. It's one of those things were it is so vast & Complicated that everyone has the Opinion on it. You are aloud to Believe what ever you want, Becuase when you do, That becomes your True Religion. Not what others Tell you to Believe, But what you Heart, Body, Soul, and Mind say.
I end this post with a Quote... Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. ~ Buddha

Various First Nation Bands throughout North America revere the wolf with ancient beliefs.
To the north, the wolf is hailed for its remarkable survival instincts, and old Eskimo fables tell of an elder woman who was seperated from her group while passing through a blizzard. Her body transformed into that of a wolf and she roamed the harsh wilderness until the storm had passed.
In various locations in Europe, the wolf is believed to be spirit of corn, or rather harvest.
In Fell, the continuation of the novel The Sight by David Clement Davies, there is a tribe that share the beliefs of the wolves about the wolf gods Fenris and Tor, and the Great Wolf Trail, and that after one dies, and cross over, they spend eternity with them, running freely down the Wolf Trail, which is what they call the Milky Way. Though this is merely fiction, it is based off of various mythology and ancient beliefs.
Though to answer your question, I would imagine that there might be a religion that would worship the Wolf, but nothing comes to mind.

I am a Shaman and you can have a wolf as a guide, I found "Shamanism as a spiritual practice for daily life" - Tom Cowan is a great book to start with

The closest thing to a furry religion would probably be Therianthropy. From what little I've seen, it's basically the belief that you have an animal spirit, or were an animal in your past life, etc. You may have heard of, 'Otherkin', this is rather similar, though I'm no expert as I'm not apart of either beliefs(Agnostic! ^^). That Wikipedia article isn't the best, maybe try asking some therians and running a few Google searches for it. As for wolves...Try looking into Lycanthropy?
