She does some really nice stuff, and looks eerily familiar, but I can't quite put my finger on why.

And though I would love to commission her, that takes funds that are currently unavailable to me.

Let her know that she has a lovely style from me, though, if you wouldn't mind Wyrd. ^.~

Probably because every artist I've ever known is either way too freakin' cocky, or amazingly critical of their own artwork.

A person can always improve, and will always improve, so long as they keep working and keep creating. So, from her eyes, the work is flawed, or less than perfect.

From an outside perspective, however, others look at it and enjoy it purely for the esthetics and don't worry about or even see the imperfections that she is focusing on.

That, and if you work on one piece for any length of time, your eyes begin to play tricks on you, and even a perfectly fine leg or arm starts to appear to be poorly proportioned or at a wrong angle. I do it all the time, and sometimes end up scrapping art that is perfectly fine.

Those are my thoughts on it, anyhow.

Ya i can totally understand that... but its just slightly amusing, i have been battling against it for a long time XD (that is her saying her art is not very good O.=.o )
