Just a random little thing thats kept me occupied the past days here. I recently helped my mate pic up a nice lill car for him, a 93 Civic CX, its a pretty decent little car, always had a soft sport of hatch backs myself. Sadly when we got the car it had numerous body flaws and the front bumper looked like a wreck and made the car as a whole look like crap. That was until I went at her with nothing more than 2 cans of paint, 1 can of primer and a little bit of sand paper and dragon muscle lol. Here is the end result! http://www.furaffinity.net/full/3728082/There are some flaws in the paint I admit, sadly even after all my sanding it as smooth as I could the differences in the paint still showed through a little bit, but ultimately I am very pleased with it, I even painted the side grills in so it would look more uniform and nice like the higher trim levels of that car (IE: the higher models has all black grills by default) -Drake Wingfire

Hehe well if all is mechanically sound your a step ahead of the dudes who can only shine up their cars lol, I admit I do know a bit of info and such about this generation of civic (hell you don't own a vehicle for ever and know nothing about it! lol) but I lack the nerves to start tearing things apart, I would love to have a legit second car for myself (as my mate probably doesn't want me using his civic as a project to learn more about them) But I cannot deny I love to do body work, there is just something to be said for restoring a car to its former glory no matter what the make or model its just fun to see a car looking good (or at least presentable) again! I hope to learn a bit more about car mechanics myself, perhaps keep these puppys me and my mate have running for years to come.

Transmission? I wish I knew anything about those lol. I am trying to be a bit more mechanically inclined, I even hope to learn how to weld some day!
Right now im getting more and more into bodywork and restoration. *chuckles* If I don't look out im gonna turn into one of those middle aged guys with some (well by that time) restored 80s - 90s car XD I would love to keep my car to the point it became a rarity to see on the roads, I have seen a few 70's civics running around and they are fixed and shined preeety damn good
