That's a type of computer virus that you can get from various things, like downloading an infected file, browsing infected websites, etc.

To get rid of it, use an anti-virus like Avast, AVG, BitDefender, etc. and scan your computer. But you said you fixed it, so there you go.

i had to send it in. i gise my nerton anti. is fale.  wont sapris me any with my luck

I suggest you google Avast! Anti-Virus and download that. It's much better than Norton and it's free. Next time if you ever get another virus, scan it with Avast and get rid of it, so you won't have to send it in.

Also just in addition to what Nexus said (all of which being 100% true) Just so you know,
A Trojan can do many things, some of which are; Monitor what you do, Send personal information to someone (passwords ECT.) it can also slow your machine down, and do all sorts of things to mess with your computer.
