It gets posted to all of the major mailing lists, and we have our own mailing list, but some people find out about it by word of mouth. (Or as I'm finding out, even after posting a half-dozen times, people sometimes don't see it until the last post.) Oh well! |

Yup, I registered a while ago and I'm getting a ride there with another "local" fur who's going (he lives about a half-hour away from me). I haven't said much else before now because there just wasn't any need to. Of course, there's always next year. I may go to FN Winter '09, if more than just the core group of Edmonton-furs go, but I'll definitely be going to FN Summer '09 and hopefully BC FurBQ '09 too! |

Gah! Puns, my one weakness! >.< It hasn't been discussed here, but in the Edmonton Furs mailing list they decided they're going to put up signs pointing toward the campground, starting in Sundre. So, all you need to do is find Sundre and the first sign to get there. Also, the first post in this thread has some useful information. Edit: I just paid for your registration! |

Hey guys!
I just sent out e-mails to you guys discussing registration - you're in, JT!
I also added driving directions last night but have not made a notification to the mailing lists yet as I will be adding the meals shortly. A quick summary: hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken, and potatoes or rice or pasta - it depends on what I can get my hands on a lot of.
It's panic time for me from now until the event, making sure nothing is forgotten and getting everything packed as well as possible and sorting out rides. Yikes!

You aren't the only one panicing Thallanor. I still got 80 acres of hay to cut, 120 to bale in total, figure out how I am going to pack everything. Pick up a few things today, track down baler parts, get the last of the reflective tape on the signs and make sure nothing else goes haywire between now and then.
