I've heard that at the past summer camps some furs purposely showed up a day before the actual event. Any word regarding that this time around?

I was expecting this to be more. . .north. XD Also wasn't expecting Sundre to be mentioned.
Fwah. . .I'd really like to go, but I'm not sure if I can.
I haven't been camping since I was 10.

I usually show up with a couple others the night before in an attempt to get some things organized and assembled for the first official day. I do not have an issue with people doing this, so long as they know that they're pretty much on their own - meals start at supper on the first day (since things do not officially start until 2:00 pm) and run from then on.

Some years, we are quite far north. Then again, compared to a majority of furry events, we are still quite north! It would be great to see as many people there as possible. The more people that we can see at this event from one year to the next, the more opportunities it presents to us. Any questions, ask away!

Unfortunately, the site we had last year was booked very early in the year, but this year's site is not bad. We've been there two pervious years. It's good.

If this was a week later, I'd be so there. We were slated to come back in on Jul31 but it's been pushed back to very early August now. But hells, you never know, if there's one variable in the navy it's a sailing schedule.
(As mentioned in the Feral thread, I must go to Edmonton in August, thus preventing me from going to Feral. Narf.)

I understand. Fortunately, the event occurs twice per year, so there is always the chance to catch you at a future one! We'll see how it goes.

I would like to go it all depends on work it would be my 1st time It would be great to see newcomers - that's what's so fantastic about FN. We see people from as far as Oregon and Ontario, but we also see a LOT of new people from Alberta that we have never seen before.
