Wait, wait, you say... what's this Fursona business?

FursonaPod is a proudly Canadian podcast covering all sorts of topics of interest to the furry fandom - and we made an appearance on their February 1 episode!

Pakesh De (chair of FE) and I sat down for an interview with Zaaz of FursonaPod for roughly half an hour or so on Friday night and talked everything from the events going on at the con, to our Guests of Honour, to what goes into planning a con to... of all things, Dragon's Den!?

In any case, you can hear us chatting it up on http://www.fursonapod.com - again, it's the February 1st episode in their "Furry Meets and Conventions" segment - so listen in and support more CanCon than you will EVER get on the radio!

Heard it Smiley
You guys did a great job (I have one little quibble about the pronunciation of my name when it was mentioned in passing, but it's forgivable).

Very well done!

To everyone who hasn't yet: go listen to it!

D'oh! More francophone "fay-lee", or...?

('Tis no worry, people say my name wrong all the time)

Not francophone at all Smiley I might live in La Belle province, but I'm from Ottawa.
Short for Felinaeus (Fell-in-ay-us), and it got shortened by most people to just Feli (Fell-ee)
And I haven't even tried to actually pronounce your name, but I assume it's something akin to Scan-ee or Sk-on-ee

This is what comes of me having done callcentre work for over 9 years Tongue

Scani's name is pronounced more like Skahnee than anything, if that helps any. Tongue
