Those falls are way out in the back country on the west coast of the island. They are called Virgin Falls. :3

To tell the truth, I'm kinda just a snapshot enthusiast. I mean, I have buttons on my camera that I don't even know what they do. And if I can be perfectly honest, I don't think I compose pictures very well, but this camera has a lot of automated correction tools when it comes to white balance and exposure settings. And just to be sure, I take a LOT of pictures of the same thing, and then just pick the one I like best. Lots of trial and error. XD
But thanks for commenting, it means a lot. :3
Also if your a photographer, you should upload some of your work, I'd love to see it. :3

Well the way flight privileges is basicly take the Ticket price (full) plus taxes. Then minus the Ticket price and just pay the Taxes. so round trip from Calgary to comox was like 56$. One thing that makes it more expsensive would be Airport tax (Larger the Airport, more money to pay) but still cheaper than say 400$  But now I pay the same as everyone else  so I'm stuck here for a bit. That was how Westjet did their flight privileges. (oh and discounts on Westjets partern Airlines, 50% off) |

No worries about the show, it was actually just a friend's band playing at the Victoria party (I shouldn't say "just" though, they wipe the floor with whatever I've got) -- my band played the night before in Parksville. No worries Josiah, glad to hear your liking it out there, though it sucks the island lost another one of its furs. We're dropping like flies! XD Alright, here we go again!  Bald Eagle @ Neck Point  Salmon moving upriver @ Stamp Falls Provincial Park  More Salmon @ Stamp River Provincial Park  Stamp River @ Stamp River Provincial Park  Amanda Fennec and Darcy @ Stamp River Provincial Park  "A penny for your thoughts?"  Another sunny day at work @ Sproat Lake Provincial Park  A note left by some very happy campers after their stay @ Sproat Lake Provincial Park  First big snowfall in Port Alberni, so we decided to go up the mountain. Got to the top of the switchback before getting stuck in a 3 foot snow drift @ Mount Arrowsmith  Brandon and one of his many little homemade gadgets @ Mount Arrowsmith  After the last picture was taken, we got un-stuck and went back to the valley, across the inlet and back up to another mountain. The highest mountain in the background of this shot is where we had just come from before this one was taken. XD  And I thought I'd throw this one in as well. Taken the morning after Howl, most were all still recovering, but this has got to be one of my favorite pictures from Howl 2010. It just seems like a typical furry breakfast. I especially love the guys facial expression on the far left. XD |
