We are still in need of volunteers to help before, during and after the convention... and we know you can help out! Here's some of the things we are looking for:
- Panelists! We have a few open slots, so if you have a topic you'd like to present, drop us a line! We can discuss your idea and see how it fits. From spirituality to art snobbling, from species meet-and-greets to favorite furry online pursuits (PG-rated please!), we have a venue for you.
- Drivers! If you have a van, truck or other large vehicle, we could especially use your driving skills; lots of stuff needs to be moved around before and after the convention.
- Staff! This requires a bit of additional time commitment and training; it includes tasks such as registration... which will require the ability to handle cash).
- Security volunteers! This is a responsible position, so you'll need to be interviewed and approved by our experienced security director).
- Game masters! We need folks to help run some of our card/RPG games, video games, and fursuit games (or bring your own!)
- Entertainment! We need groups who have entertainment for our variety show or want to take part in the furry games (and we assure you, you do not need a fursuit for either one!)
- And yes...we do need some of the usual suspects to act as gofers, do room setup, and so on.

Just a hint that might serve as inspiration or motivation… if you have an interest in being a greater part of Furnal Equinox's planning process next year or serving on our convention committee, putting yourself forward as a volunteer or staff member is a GREAT way of getting yourself noticed. When we make those decisions for next year, volunteers and staff will be the first people we look to!
