hey everybody!  i'll be honest: i'm awful at introductions, but i'm very excited to be here and finally be a part of the forums! i've been a lurker for quite some time - i've attended a number of furmeets (and my first con just a couple of weeks ago, eee!) and met a lot of lovely furs out there, but i've never gotten up the gusto needed to sign up and introduce myself. sooo, at long last, hello! my name's amanda fennec, i live on vancouver island and evidently i have a problem with capitals. :/ i am many things, some of them undesirable (trekkie, bookworm, girl - ew! ;p) but no one ever said i had bad taste in music, so at least i've got that going for me. ahhh, no, i kid all this awkward babble is just code for "yaaay! furries and forums and friends, oh my!" so with that, i'll take my leave. thank you, forum creators and moderators and general internet deities, for ensuring that we all have a place to hang out and be ourselves. it's better than christmas :B ps: almost forgot to mention, my avatar is thanks to the very talented tj bluevulpine! |

the concert was effing incredible, ohhhh wow. al barr (lead singer) looked straight into my eyes, smiled and grabbed my hand mid-song. I SWOONED. i got mega soaked in sweat and beer and whatnot, but that's part of the experience, haha. i wish you could have come! Welcome!
