Furnal Equinox Christmas Party, Dec 19,2010

Furnal Equinox is proud to sponsor the first Islington Christmas Party.
The party is on December 19th, 2009.
At 25 Mabelle Avenue, in the basement. Same spot as the Islington Meets.
Party start time is still TBA!
 
There will be a "SantaFur" with a helper to give out gifts. If you are bringing a gift for someone specific.
Be sure to have it labelled properly and santafur can give it out if you so wish.


I'll be bringing decorations, and possibly the tree we have and some music and videos.
My mate will be making the turkey we are gonna bring down.

WHAT WE NEED:

More food(potluck, snacks etc)
Music(I don't have the best selection)
More movies.
Presents(I plan to have santafur there, giving out gifts to everyone). if you have someone special you want to give a gift to, then feel free to get them something and have santafur deliver it.
Santafur(need a fursuiter to play santa and give out gifts, we will provide you someone to help you, I think rudolph may be showing up).
Alcohol: BYOB. We will not be providing alcohol for anyone.
Security: One to two people who can keep an eye on people behaving.

Any alcohol consumed will not be till after 10 p.m. as I'd like people to eat the turkey and other big foods as a dinner type of setting and don't need anyone puking it up asap etc. Need time to let it settle.
*As per suggested by Danruk, you will be allowed 1 drink before dinner, a beer, glass of wine etc. After that, nothing to after dinner.*

Music and movies will be strictly Christmas, there will be no video games.
This is a social event, like xmas should be.

Artists may want to have some xmas artwork there or do xmas commissions. Tables won't be an issue, I'm sure people can share:)
Fursuiters are always welcome and should get some xmas decorations put on them or something:)

Well, feel free to post if your attending or planning to attend.
Namtags will not be mandatory. It's a social event, get to know other people, introduce yourself.
I'm open to other suggestions for games to play, things to do etc. Also for the time it runs, this is my first party of any type.

-=DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately there is no real storage for people's belongings at the party, i will be offering me home for fursuiters to leave their suits if they need too, artists to leave their supplies or what have you. Coats and backpacks are your own responsability when left in the room.

Please be courteous to try not to break anything in the room etc. Any damages or missing items will be charged to me personally and I think we'd all like to have xmas parties.=-
