yeah, i definately cant. she doesnt want me going to kelowna.. on a greyhound... with someone ive never met.. to a picnic... with people ive never met.. etc. i can go on "adventures to different cities with your friends when im older."

@Shnell: dependant on what Grace says to that (hopefully she'll post back soon  ) we could just bump it up to 1PM... but we all need to decide on who's gonna be the person to be there so the group is 'findable'

as well, I'm already brainstorming another meetup late April (last week of it) or first week of May as I wanna keep the cycle going (the group kinda died the past 2 months and didn't look like it was gonna come back >.<) with a monthly meet if at all possible, though ANY fur is beyond welcome to meet individual peeps on their own time of course, dun be shy lol, none of us bite...I think...

Well, then, let's make the starting time 1pm. No problems there, methinks.
As far as I can tell, everyone who's confirmed has been to at least one meet together, before, so it shouldn't be hard to find each other. How about we meet at the picnic tables by the creek? They're near the washrooms and right beside the small bridge leading to the greenway (and I think they might be the only picnic tables there). That way, it doesn't really matter who gets there first and anyone who's unsure will probably recognize the group as more people arrive.

Alright, cool... Grace, is there a chance I could hitch a ride with you? The exact time the Greyhound gets in is 1:15 apparently, but there's tons of different places in Kelowna it stops, so it all really depends on which stop would be most convenient for you. XD

Of course, no worries. The Greyhound station might be easiest, since I actually know where it is (my experience with Greyhound is exactly one trip several years ago), but if you think there might be an easier location, we can make it work.

Ah, sure. It's off of Springfield. I think the entrance he'd want is straight across from Leckie road (like, the intersection between Leckie and Springfield). Umm... other than that, it's easiest to follow Springfield East from the mall and it's the huge park on the right. XD'

bit last minute but I'm gonna be a tad later than I thought I'd be
#10 leaves arrives OP at 1:21, and I dunno if anyone cares if theres dip or not for the shrimp but unless someone else has some damn seafood sauce I gotta possibly run to Superstore and get some first..... so looking 1:30-1:45ish at best >.> and thats with me running. and I also gotta be gone from there by 4:30ish for an event elsewhere.

2 friends might beat me to there, so BE NICE >:3

anyways just thought I'd post in case you guys wonder where the hell I am when 1:40ish or w/e arrives and I'm still not there yet.

I just got back in, twas good, fun, quite crazy (tree climbing and humping <video later  >, free food, geek speak galore, and even extreme mountain biking)

videos and pics will be up by the end of the day likely, at least mine will be, only other person that took pics/etc was grace so those are up to her to put up or not...though I want a copy of any with me in em

my pics/videos will be up soon though.

Just got home a little while ago. It was definitely fun, and nice to meet so many new people, too. :3 There were seven of us in total - Shadow, his two friends, John, Wula, my boyfriend, and me, so it wasn't a bad turn-out at all. I felt so ADD the entire time, though, which is what I get for forgetting how much I love outside (and yelling "Adventuuurrre!" If it's not an adventure, it's not worth doing, heh). We'll have to do another park meet sometime soon.
I'll probably get photos up in the next couple of days, unless I forget, which is likely, so someone may need to remind me if a week's gone by with no sign of 'em.
