Guess i should say Hello, right? Ok. Ello, everyone! I'm Huntress or Hunt.

Anything else? Hmm...let's see

I've lived in Canada, pretty much my entire life. I live in Manitoba, in a small ruql northern native town called Norway House. Its about six hours from the city of Winnipeg or something like that but not sure because when i travel to places in often fall asleep going there...

I don't know many furs. Just one, he's my best friend =^-^=. He's name is KittenFox or Jonah.

I've be a fur for about...not sure how long...but for awhile...in secret due to family...more on that later...my fursona is a snow leopard...

I like reading, writing, listening to music...gettting lost in my mind or going crazy...and other things.

Welcome aboard, eh!

A lot of furs stay in the closet in regards to their families. It's not an easy thing to relate to with the relatives. Tongue

Norway House?  Norway House!  I'm in the Interlake area between Moosehorn and Fairford!!!  Yoiks indeed!  So hey, how much of this traveling do you ever get to do?  If you're ever rolling along the number six highway you've definitely gotta drop in.  My place is the Shazam, total media workshop goofing around paradise.  Really, gotta be seen to be believed.  Cheesy

Oh, been such a long time since I've done an introduction here.  Hyperactive Psycho-Cat likes to eat hillbillies punk artist photographer and general all-around chaotic influence.  Pleased to meet you!

P.S.  Just to make sure you get this...

Welcome to the boards, mate.

It's true, y'know.  : )  Really neat place out that way.

Nexus:  It's not dead here, it's just not as active as some of the more rediculously large boards, like FurAffinity.  Wink  You're just not used to the smaller community yet.

Welcome aboard, Huntress.  So, what made you choose a snow leopard?  And, on a related note, have you seen the absolutely gorgeous leopard that makes an appearance on 'Planet Earth'?  Truly an awe-inspiring scene.

Cheers,

LS - No, sorry. When was it on? If it was monday, I was working. I hate missing stuff like that...*grumblegrumble* I always like cats, growing up I always pretend to be one. When i figured out i was furry; I didn't try to have a fursona out of fear of my family but it wasn't until a project on endangered animals in grade 11 that i sort of took one...

My friends where in fact the ones who said that my fursona was a Snow Leopard but that was after talking non-stop (bragging i guess) on all the facts and stuff i found out about them during that project. :3

The only promble they have with me being a Snow Leopard is that, I don't like snow...but come on, someone has to be different...

AiC - Hmm...I don't really have a thing...mostly becuase there's nothing to do in Norway House, it's kinda of a boring town...*friend yells "IT'S NOT"*...SHUT UP!...plus my over-controlling parents are major christians who think that I'm gone nutz and that there's a demon inside of me...uh...can i get one reservation for the get-away place for weirdo artist?

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!  Oh man, I'm so so so glad that I avoided the hardcore religious side of our family, being around it that is.  Me mum isn't thank god (grin) but man, knowing my passion for this is true and this is not, I can imagine the train-wrecks had I been forced to deal with it.  It's scary really, as I read in this other person's blog, imagine living in a world where there actually were real demons all around you!  Sorry but I'd rather see dead people (oh wait, they're there too!)  This type of person is capable of doing horrible things, and they will be entirely justified in doing them because of what they believe.  My hillbilly cousin is one of these types, which is of course why I had to hunt, kill, and eat his heart to gain his strength.   Ugh   Tongue

"Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities."
- Voltaire

Boring?  Well, I'm of two minds on that one.  I'm one who's never needed more than books or even just a piece of paper to keep myself entertained but there's something to be said about getting out and DOING!  There's certainly nothing like traveling, that's for sure.  But it all depends, I spent half a year working in Thompson and was bored out of my mind (shame on me!).  Here, I've got a bazillion things to do and work on, being bored is impossible!

"If you wind up with a boring, miserable life because you listened to your mom, your dad, your teacher, your priest or some guy on TV telling you how to do your shit, then YOU DESERVE IT."
- Frank Zappa

My health is the shits though so I can't do as much as I'd like.  Won't be traveling soon either so I decided I'd have to make a space that people would like to come to, a destination.  So far so good, it's cozy, tons of room, great workshop, great graphics and comp tools, art supplies galore, and if you read a book a day it would still take you years to work your way through the library!  So yep, there's a space here for anyone who's into doing whatever.  And speaking of whatever, right now I think it's getting a sandwich, putting on a bootleg copy of Madagascar II, and probably some sewing.

Oh, here's the space.  Yes I live in a barn.  It's great, lots of room on the ceiling for stuffed dragons and lions, and I can spit on the floor!   Tongue
