so does any one know how to find put what driver's one needs for a Mobo intergraded sound card?

Yes, but more info is needed. Every motherboard manufacturer on the planet has their own way of doing things. If we're talking about a Windows install, and if Microsoft has any ties to the motherboard company, then you may find an update by just using the "Windows Update" shortcut. If that doesn't work, you have to go to the motherboard companies site and search for drivers.

it's an Nvidia rated for 3 ways SLI dual channel ram  with builting video card i just don't know how to find the driver info needed

The motherboard itself should have some sort of ID printed right on it in fairly large white lettering. There's two or three sets of numbers and letters like this, but only one is the model name. It also should declare itself when booting up. The model typically starts with one, two, or three letters and then a number. Model names are unique, so a search of the model and "sound driver" in a Google search should give you something.

The driver version you have probably doesn't matter. You just need to find the most recent driver.
